About
Biography
Concert pianist, born in Ukraine in 2001, lives and works in Vorarlberg.
Mykola Myroshnychenko has been studying piano since 2022 in the classes of Anna Adamik and Yunus Kaya at the Stella Vorarlberg University of Music. In 2020 he completed the Junior Specialiste’s Diploma with Mikhail Levandovsky at the Kharkiv Musical College “B. Lyatoshinsky”; in 2025 he obtained his Bachelor’s degrees in piano and organ with Igor Sediuk at the Kharkiv P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts.
He has won prizes at the XI International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz (2016) and the William Knabe International Piano Competition USA (2019). In 2022 he received first prize at the Stella Music Award, and in 2025 first prize at the Danubia Talents International Music Competition in Budapest.
He gained his first teaching experience as a répétiteur at the Stella University of Music. Since January 2025 he has worked as a répétiteur at the Bregenzerwald Music School, and since September 2025 also at the Leiblachtal Music School.
As a soloist he has appeared with the Stella Vorarlberg University Symphony Orchestra and performed at the Bodensee Festival and in the concert series of the Chopin Society Vorarlberg. At the Bregenzer Festspiele 2024–2025 he played the celesta part in the opera “Der Freischütz”. In 2026 he toured Canada with four concerts.
In addition to the piano, Mykola Myroshnychenko plays organ, harpsichord, violin, cello, double bass and guitar.
